We often assist clients with the development of acquisition criteria, creating business plans, preparing pro-forma financial reports, negotiating and structuring transactions and determining tax effective strategies. We have had significant involvement with due diligence activities and often become an active part of a client's acquisition team, working closely with management to achieve its goals. We have also assisted many of our clients with obtaining debt funding and the raising of capital.
